should i...or should't i?
my heart feels taxed out coz i ran my very very very best during the 2.4...normally i will get 12.52,but that day,since i had the chance to run,i was like,chiong all the way,n i felt very tired out but still continued runing,n my timing improved by 1 minute,so my heart is like,taxed out for quite long?1 minute u noe....then my mum said u can rest 4 a few weeks coz ur heart is taxed out,n ur stamina wun drop coz in the process of being texed,ur heart is building up strength.she said be careful dun tax out too much again coz it may lead to serious heart problem.
in a way i want to go jogging but in another way my body is like...telling me 'no coz im too tired n im really taxed out'....so should i rest or should i do exercise again?coz i scared if dun exercise stamina will drop.....
