THIS SHOULD BE 2DAY'S POST
juz went to 'shokudo' 4 dinner...its a jap restaurant in case u dunno.i orderd this terriyaki chicken pizza n jaapanese macha.the drink tasted a bit like green tea,but u can tell dat the sugar level in it is not high:)....
dunno y i feel like saying dis,but people,if u want to strengthen ur leg muscles,u can do this while studying.its wad i normally do.when u study most people sit down on a chair rite?well,try taking the chair away.as u study,stand in front of the table,cross one leg over the other like how some men sit,n bend down on one leg.hold there 4 as long as u can,n when u're tired switch to the other leg.if u're too tired to do it,then juz bend down 90degrees on both legs.when u're too tired to even bend down on 2 legs,then juz stand...its better than nothing.u'll get used to it by n by n slowly,u will b able to do this everyday!!!

u can do weightlifting if its a public holiday lke 2day...nothing to do so when u read ur notes,juz do some weightlifting(take a 5kg dumbell its the best),then lift it up n down.slowly,if not if u overtax urself like wad i did its not good as it may becum worse.do wad ur body tells u too...if ur body says no,then u better stop.n drink more milk....its rich in calcium n protein(good 4 building up muscles),although i hate milk personally.....when u lift weights,do not sit on the sofa or bed or anything soft,coz its not gd 4 ur back.sit on somewhere like a stool or on the floor,as long as its a surface dats hard.even if its hard,remember 2 keep ur back straight,if not lifting weights will b an extra strain on ur backbone n u will have problems when u get old.
i dunno y im typing this,but i juz feel like it.clara may call me stupid,but who cares.....its healthy!its actually considered exercise u noe?u're subconsciously exercising,coz when u weightlift n chin-up n blah u tend to hold ur breath n feel a little strain on ur heart.as long as wad u're doing makes ur heart pump faster,its training ur fitness level....
TRAIN UR HEART N MUSCLES EVERYDAY!!!ITS GOOD 4 U,BELIEVE ME!!!!!!!!
