juz came back from swimming camp today

day 1
reached school with all our bulky camp stuff at 7.30,then we left for changi beach club,then went into our room,then started training.ended at around 11,then we had lunch,then team bonding games.it was on the sand at the beach.then we had to do all those thingys like turn 20 rounds on a hockey stick with ur forehead on top,then dig for a spoon in the sand,put it into ur mouth n try to take out a ball in the pail of water,then put ur head into another pail of water n use ur mouth to grab a ball out,then the last one was a plate of flour.there were sweets in the flour n we had to use our mouth to find a sweet n bite it out,then run back to ur group then another person can go.the flour tasted a bit like rice n bread.all the carbo.weird....everyone's face was all white.then we went to wash our faces,then we had mental skills training in the members room,then training from 3 to 5,then washed up,then dinner,then went back to have this nutrition talk thingy for swimmers,n the speaker was telling us about something that swimmers like us nid a lot of carbo n protein n some fats n calories n all,i almost fell asleep.dinner eat so much already still nutrition...then we slacked in the room then went to sleep.

day 2
woke up at 6 something,had breakfast,then training.ended at around 11,then had nasi lemak for lunch,then mental skills in the members room again,then training from 3 to 5,then we went on the bus to pasir ris chalet,then we prepared the charcoal n barbecuqed chicken wings n sausages n all the usual bbq food,then had those for dinner,then played around then went to sleep.

day 3
woke up,had breakfast,then went up the bus to changi beach club n had training.ended at around 11,then had lunch.we did our usual 500m freestyle n 400m choice kick n 100m breaststroke for warm up,n becoz we did 30 laps of fly,coach promised dat he will only make us have a very light swim in the afternoon.so we didnt really train in the afternoon,we played games.we had to dig watermelons out from a specific place that coach gave us,but our group juz couldnt find the watermelon.in the end coach helped us n we were supposed to eat up the entire watermelon before we could fill up the water balloons found with it,then throw at other groups.other groups had already eaten the watermelon n were filling the water balloons already,but we havent even found the watermelon yet.so coach used the big big digging thing n helped us.then we found the watermelon then coach was like,"no nid to eat already la!go n fill the water balloons quick!u want to win?"so we went in the sea n filled them using the pump in the packet.then it was quite slow bcoz we only had one pump n there were so many balloons.so me n clara c. filled our mouths with seawater n blowed the balloons.then we stopped in the end coz when we started throwing emma's face got hit really hard n she cried,so we stopped the game n emma went to rest.but coach was still there smiling,n there were water balloons floating in the sea,so we swam out n got them n threw them at coach,n he was like,"pain!!!!!"actually it was painful.the balloons didnt burst when it hit him.then we got bored n it was quite a while before the bus back to sjc came,so we wore flippers n swam in the pool for fun.the flippers were really fast!!!u look at the floor tiles below,they're like moving real fast with the flippers.then we got up n wore our clothes,then went back to sjc,then went home.
